Churchill - Little Chapters of Chill

Churchill’s Little Chapters of Chill is a series of soothing children’s audio stories created to help young listeners relax during car journeys or wind down at home. Developed in collaboration with House337 (formerly Engine Creative), the series features five short stories written by Sue Pickford and narrated by Giovanna Fletcher. Each episode runs for 8–12 minutes and includes a mindfulness exercise, making it a thoughtful, screen-free activity for calming young minds.

For this second installment of the series, I was tasked with designing a set of playful and immersive podcast covers that visually represent the tone and theme of each story. The challenge was to create artwork that felt engaging and imaginative for children, while staying aligned with Churchill’s brand identity. From expressive typography to hand-drawn illustration details, every visual element was carefully considered to reflect the narrative of each adventure and bring a cohesive charm to the Little Chapters of Chill experience.
